Do you want to see some good news ?
Check out this site which does odd comparisons . I've just checked on the Presidential election and John Kerry is now evens to win , a marked improvement from his previous odds of 2-1 .

More telling , is the odds for who is going to win each state , (click on related events). John Kerry is the favourite to win Florida , Pennsylvania , Ohio , Wisconsin and Iowa .

I think that makes it ,'Game , set and match' to us .
