3. Glad they all saw the error of their ways and decided to make amends.
If we are gonna have a government of, for and by The People, the people need to realize they can't sit it out and expect someone will just take care of things. Good to see the lesson got re-learned in America and there is more participation!

5. Does that include people who COULD not vote in 2000?
because of age or citizenship reasons ? Or only people who could have voted in 2000 but didn't...?

He united millions of non-voters to go out and vote against him.
