3. Not impossible
but it's an uphill climb. We have a lot of work to do. A good start would be electing David Van Os to the Texas Supreme Court today so we'd have ONE Democrat there. Probably won't happen, but I live in hope.

8. I hope so!
That would be great! I know it will eventually go to Bush, but if I could hear some news commentator say when the polls close that Texas "is too close to call", I will be a very happy person! I can dream can't I?

I do have to say that in the cold and damp weather today (ok, cold and damp for Austin) outside my kids' school (polling place) there were several people walking up and down with signs all supporting Dem candidates. There was only one person out there walking with a Rep sign. In the suburbs too!
