bad news. Begala looked "giddy," too. Are they giddy because their payoffs from Chimp are going to end? Or, do they know their "Golden Parachutes" are gilded with Bush Money.
It's hard to know what the hell is going on. I was so pumped after this week of heavy voting here, and spending the day Greeting at the Polls that it's hard for me to understand what's going on.
