Iowa - Robo call from the Gov. saying exit polling has us up by less than
1% so please go to your local Dem HQ to receive an assignment to GOTV.

I just got the call. I can't go because I have my three kids with me and no babysitter.

Anyone in Iowa needs to help NOW.

4. Iowa
Iowa has it where provisional ballots are held and not counted unless it is within .25%, then they are added to the vote totals.
