When you add in the early voting, how far ahead would that put us?

When you add in the early voting, how far ahead would that put us?
I had heard that Kerry won early voting by about 9 points in Florida and possibly Ohio. I believe that was around 1/3 of the final vote. So where does that put us if we are ahead by 1 point today?
