The Democratic Party, As We Knew It, Has Died
Long live the Democratic Party!

Rising from the ashes of November 2nd, the day democracy died, the new Dem Party takes as its mascot the phoenix, the great bird that self-immolates, then rises from the ashes, stronger, revitalized, and free to take flight on the wings of American democracy.

There is much work to be done, new directions to take, new ideas to energize the party, and old ideas to protect and nurture.

If youi're fed up with the Democratic party, but you wish you weren't, come talk about it with others who feel the same.

1. Yes
I hope so. Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to climb back up. We've definitely hit rock-bottom.

3. YES
no more weak kneed roll over Democratic Party and the first step should be replacing Terry McCauliff (sp?) with Howard Dean.

4. well I think it needs a new name for starters
If we're gonna have a new party, we need to get rid of the word "Democratic".

How's that for irony?
