If the strangeness in Florida is found to have been a computer "bug" benifiting chimp, then a change can occur.
I say this for two reasons:
1. Everyone is upset with JK over his concession, as if that closes the book.
2. There were reports of people entering thier info in Florida, and then looking at a review screen that had thier votes flipped into republican votes.

4. Not holding out hope, but still wanting the truth to come out.... |

The public should be made fully aware of any and all malfunctions that occured.

2. Seriously? I mean do you know this legally? |

Not being a smart ass--I really don't know, other than what transpired in 2000.
By the time the votes were counted in Florida Gore was off the radar.

3. I saw it on CNN election day... |

A woman was interviewed outside a poll.
She has made her picks - democrats - and the final screen was a review screen. She was "horrified" to see that her picks were all switched.
She called over poll workers, who wanted to back the screens up to see who she had voted for in previous screens. She wouldn't let them do it until a lawyer came to witness it. They backed up the screens and sure enough there were her democratic picks.
The machine was shut down and she voted on a different machine.
I heard about this elsewhere on the internet also.
I have no idea what's going on with it. I believe there is a freedom of information movement attempting to get hold of the machines software at this time.
I'm not trying to raise hopes. I'm just saying, a concession does not mean it's truely over.
If questions can homestly be raised about chimps win, they should be.
