Malloy is pumping me up- for one main reason
One thing that stunned me today was that I have believed that most people (or at least a majority) of this country is liberal and believes in liberal values even if they don't call themselves that. For Bush to win the popular vote meant I had to violently rip my view of democracy-however, if, as Malloy says, it's not a matter of getting rid of Terry M, or changing minority leaders, but merely kicking out non-auditable voting machines, it means that the majority of people have SENSE. And that BFEE is at it but has not managed to delude the majority.

3. Chomsky has been saying that
for a while now, too. It seems to me that both Malloy and Chomsky share our view that the majority of Americans are decent people who have let themselves be hoodwinked and conned.

But I'm still absolutely PISSED at Kerry because he should have stepped up and taken on the BBV issue when Kucinich did. Instead he skipped over any kind of action and took the fucking free press he was given to react to the story Kucinich started.

5. Height of absurdity that the BBV issue should have been allowed
with the time we all had to see it coming, to exist in this election. And yes, Kerry knew about it, had time to raise it an issue, and did not. I never understood why not.
