It's not over: As of the morning of November 3, 2004, the outcome of the 2004 presidential election has still not been determined, and we must not allow it to be determined until every one of our votes has been counted. The No Stolen Elections! campaign urges you to do whatever you can to ensure that this election is fair. There are as many as 250,000 provisional ballots in Ohio that have not been counted and there are many questions about the integrity of the election, which must be investigated. We urge you to take action today to defend our democracy!

TAKE ACTION ON NOVEMBER 3:

*CALL ELECTION OFFICIALS IN OHIO TO DEMAND THAT ALL VOTES ARE COUNTED. Call the Ohio Secretary of State's office and demand that all legal votes in Ohio, including provisional ballots, be counted.

John Kerry rolled over already! Once he's conceded that's IT.
Why bother playing the game when you know already what the outcome is? He just tipped us in that he didn't wait LONG enough to make it seem real or plausible

okay folks…

you all are amazing. while much is uncertain and many of us are in a bit of shock, it is clear that some things are very wrong. we need to act.

after lots of assessment last night and this morning, based on current info and conference calls with many players, this time we’re watching is calling for action and has developed an up-to-date list of talking points.

NEXT STEPS:

1. activate your plans for Nov. 3 and 4
2. join us on a conference call at 1pm EST if you can
3. BE SURE to use the following Call to Action and Talking Points below – these are critical and are being hammered by everyone in all the coalitions nationwide

CALL TO ACTION

It’s Not Over: 250,000 Ohio Provisional Ballots Have Not Been Counted!

This Time We’re Watching – the League of Pissed Off Voters, Ruckus Society, and Truth Force Training Center – calls for a complete count of every ballot cast, as well as thorough investigations into the origin of each instance of disenfranchisement and voter suppression.

• To our organizers in Ohio: organize local actions throughout Ohio and go to Columbus for today's convergence if you can
• To our organizers outside of Ohio: continue with your advance plans locally, emphasizing solidarity with the voters of Ohio, citing any reports of voter suppression in your own district, and using the new talking points below
• Wear black or a black armband this week in solidarity (but don’t mourn, organize)
• Celebrate our work, strengthen our movement, LOVE EACH OTHER, don’t let them break our spirit

• Count every vote – including all provisional ballots

11. Getting the count right NOW means everything...

I am leaning more and more towards the idea that the Kerry concession was a trojan horse. Regardless, votes should be counted, concessions aren't binding ect ect ect.
