Removed my K/E stickers today.

Replaced them with a homemade one. W with the "no" symbol, and under that, "F.U.W."

Had to have SOME gesture of defiance...

2. I got a honk and a thumbs up

on the way to work this morning. That's a first even though I've had my K/E sticker as well as a boatload of anti-* stickers on the car for a few months now. I didn't think I would be removing any of them anytime soon but after the honk and thumbs up this morning I have decided that they are definitely staying. I may change out a few of the anti-* stickers -- for example, the "* Must Go" will probably be replaced by "He is NOT my President" -- but the general idea will remain the same. I'll be looking for more anti-* stickers to put into the rotation but my car will remain an anti-* car until the bitter end.

But it truly still applies. It's an enlarged Mr. Yuck sticker (:( face included) that says, "Yuck Bush." At first, I was worried that some would read it too quickly & think it says "Fuck Bush" - but now I don't fucking care. I wish it did say that.

4. I will NOT remove my Kerry-Edwards bumper stickers. I am proud

to have volunteered for them, proud to have voted for them. I'm leaving them on a while. AND, I'm going to continue wearing my Kerry gear occasionally -- and walk tall while wearing it.

When America collapses from within like the Roman Empire, I will be standing there with my Kerry shirt on, yelling, "Don't Blame Me!"
