After the election is too late to fight election fraud. |

Once the election is underway, it's too late, unless rock solid, red-hand-in-the-cookie-jar, smoking gun proof is in hand immediately. The GOP has the media in the pocket, because they own it. They will put concerted pressure on any Democrat seeking to question an election result, while I believe they would easily give a GOP candidate the chance to fully investigate, and decry any attempt to resolve the situation as a "coverup" (see Drudge's preemptive attempt to cry vote fraud in Dem districts -- he and the rest of the media would have kept beating that drum had Kerry won).
The only way we can stop this shit is to get rid of the touch screen machines and figure out a way to fight back at the GOP polling place vote intimidators. I can't blame Kerry for giving in. There was no way he could have fought his way through a recount successfully. We saw in 2000 that according to the power structure that rules this land, the only acceptable media/legal outcome to a recount is the preservation of the "appearance" of a GOP victory.

I think that after the election, while no one can call him a 'Sore Loserman' is the perfect time to go after election fraud.
He's already conceded, so there would be no valid accusation that could be made against him, like trying to win the election by cheating :eyes:, and it would clear the way for the next Dem candidate, or at least level the playing field, if he could prove fraud.
The only problem with that, however, is that I have VERY little hope that Kerry will go after voter fraud.
