So we're down in the legislative, executive and judicial branches. Democracy is dead. We have no representation. Our government has been hijacked. There just aren't enough seats to pick up in 2006.

But I think what a lot of us are forgetting is that Shrub has some serious enemies in high places. Someone leaked some deadly damaging shit throughout his first term and they will continue to do the same. And you just know the arrogant shit will do something so flagrant even his own party will have to eat him alive.

And I expect to see a lot more units refusing to follow orders. I expect to see arms thrown down. If I was a soldier, sent to die in this fradulant war under these unsafe, penny-pinching conditions and my only way out was voting and then they didn't even bother to count my vote before declaring a "winner" which means I'll be spending the next 4 years either in Iraq or dead- well, where is this situation going to lead multiplied by tens of thousands of disaffected troops? We've had a backdoor draft, it's time for the backdoor resistance.

Unless, of course, they enjoy riding in unarmored cars through the streets of Fallujah guarding Halliburton employees in tanks who make four times what they do.
