Poll question: Had to do it: Will Bush serve his full four year term?
Will he resign...will he be buried... will he be impeached... will a pretzel finally finish him off?

1. With a Republican majority in both Houses, nuh uh.

It would take a Watergate sized scandal (larger even) to take out President Bush they way it did in 1974 when they discovered Nixon tried to "tamper" with the election process by trying to bug the Democratic HQ in '72.

If they discover mass voter fraud in the 2004 election, it could create such a scandal. But tracing it back to the President himself would be impossible. You can't impeach someone for "not" doing something like refusing to require auditable electronic voting machines in every county in the United States following the 2000 debacle.

It might be under a cloud of controversy, but Bush will finish out his term. :(

Bush has done way worse than Watergate already..
And he has a Republican House and Senate (and media) to back him up. He's going to be left untouched these next four years.

2. He will serve his full term
The Democrats will not achieve a congressional majority during Bush's second term and thus, impeachment will be an impossibility.

Just accepting the reality of our situation. It's not good, but we can fight back and take it all in 2008 if we are extermely strategic in our view and accept the short term losses on key issues.
