Because I've had two fucking days, and I still can't get my head around it. Two days ... fuck, today I just skipped work altogether. I am seriously, like real-life depressed. Not eating, smoking all the time, I drank until I passed out last night ... I know it looks stupid when you read it, but it's just how I feel at the moment ... and the thing is, it's NOT going away. Other people I know, 24 hours and they were done. But this has got me. I can't even process the loss, let alone what it means over the next four years. This thing was so ours ... and fucking, why the fuck do people give a shit about someone elses sexuality?!?!?! god it's all so fucking stupid, i can't even get it into words.

I run a business out of my home office and I have not done anything. I just cannot get past the fact that they did it to us again and got away with it.

Despite numerous articles being reported on how the machines gave 4,000+ votes to Bush and other voting irregularities, but the MSM is just fine with ignoring this fact and embracing the belief that BUSH now has a mandate

I fear for the future of this country under this madman and the fact that he is going to bankrupt this nation just like Osama wants him to with his outrageous spending

I fear for Women's rights in the next four years and the religous right's influence on other important topics such as Gay rights and stemcell research

These next four years are going to be scary times for all of us that can see through the BS that is this administration hands out on a daily basis

I know at some point I am going to have to accept this election as fact..but right now I am in grieving for what used to be the United States of America which died the other night when Bush stole the election again

15. Last night I dreamed of war all night. All night long.

At first, after the election, I was shocked...then tried to force myself to be positive and keep up the fight. Now I am just flat depressed because there are so many idiots out there. They're either idiots or assholes. We all need to work on finding a way to cope so we don't check out of the fight. Without it, they've won forever.
BTW, I am making lots of Sharpie drawings on white paper and using my car windows as a political art gallery. My favorites so far are: Sheep with bands around their bellies with dollar signs on them and a Fish with a dollar sign in it. THERAPY!

16. I was wide awake at 4:00 this morning

I sat there and stared at the ceiling and chewed on the monstrous gangrenous cud in my mind. We're saddled with this arrogant, monstrous little man and his brownshirt followers for another four years, with Diebold sewing up the votes until the end of time.

I don't even know what to think anymore, except for the firm conviction that this country is finally and terminally fucked for all time.
