Look, we don't need to PROVE the fraud
argument goes this way:

-- something's funny (evidence, evidence, evidence)

-- Bush probably still won, but here's a credible scenario where he may not.

-- Just the fact that there is some doubt means we need to fix our voting system.

The point isn't changing results (unless there's something really clear), but in believing what happens is honest in the future. We cannot have doubt of the system.
