Bush couldn't be as stupid as his pappy could he? This guy has David Souter written all over him. I think he's for things like AA and quotas. And didn't he once okay abortion?

He also did the "legal" work on how to ignore the Geneva convention on warfare so that we could rape and torture prisoners in Gitmo and Abu Gharib.
He would be a dandy all right, just up Bush's alley.

apparently, conservatives don't like him cuz he's not like scalia/thomas. He might be moderate-ish enough that the dems would let him in.
