2. what machines? Isn't Ohio on the optical scan
and not the electronic vote? I can't tell from all of the posts here what is going on with the counting: which machines are the problem and if all of the machines are the problem then how should the votes be counted?

3. From what I saw on TV
Ohio uses a lot of electronic fraud, err, voting machines. Yes, many people did vote on honest paper, but not everyone.

5. Even honest paper in the end gets tabulated by a computer.
A lot of potential for fraud. One must ask for a manual recount to prove if there was fraud, I presume. As long as republicans count the votes, we are in trouble, even if the votes are on paper.

4. Great. More preaching to the choir
How about we get these BBV stories in front of the REAL MEDIA-- not just the 2,000 religious viewers of AAR?

The Choir already KNOWS the machines are fscked. And the Amen Corner is already backing them up. We need to take the message out to the streets, to the places where latte-sipping Atlantic Monthly-reading NPR-listening liberals fear to tread: the auto shops, the workingman's bar, the sportsman's club, the beauty parlors, the fast-food restaurants, the pawn shops, the check-cashing places and anywhere else poor and working people congregate?

Or maybe the Democrats just don't give a sh!t about our natural base anymore.

6. I emailed Mike about fixing the system last night. Not heard back from
him yet but I am sure he is swamped.
