Poll question: Would you rather win wearing a mask or lose on principle? |
|
I know that I would stand for my principle in knowing what is right rather than demean those principles just to win an election. Sometimes the best values are those that are consistent.

1. Losing an election is oh so noble and wonderful |

Of course, that means your principles are meaningless because they never get acted upon, but hey, you "feel" nice about it.
:eyes:
You promote the political philosophy of Ralph Nader if you vote "lose on principle" in this poll.

4. DU is a lot of ideological masturbation |
|
Ideology is important, vital even, but it needs to be tempered by pragmatic people who can get elected.
The ideologist don't 'get' that, its not in their makeup, but if they did then they wouldn't keep people like you and me honest.
I just wish they'd stop keeping us honest by calling us racist homophobes and misogynists.

2. Ahhh, the results are now 2 Democrats to 3 Naderites! |
|
Nader lost on principle two presidential elections in a row.

3. I thought all the Naderites were driven off in 2002 |
|
This poll proves that assumption false!
