ALL DEMOCRATIC UNDERGROUND READ |
|
Read this all DU forum members and start paying attention
Colonel Richard Prouty, a very famous insider in the CIA during the sixties, and a strong proponent of the Kennedy assassination conspiracy theories, has this to say about conspiracies:
"Conspiracies are easy to formulate and execute. It is the cover-up that is hard."
www.prouty.org
Coverups all have a certain smell to them. I can smell this one a mile away. One particulary smelly aspect of any coverup is the "media blitz" planned a long time before the conspiracy happens. This is what we are seeing in effect yesterday and today about the election.
This his how Prouty knew there was a conspiracy in the Kennedy assassination. He saw huge full-blown press releases on Oswald, detailing Oswald's life, appearing in the New Zealand press when Oswald had been in police custody for only a couple of hours. This information could have only come from the US National Security organizations, and would have never been given to the press otherwise. Instead, what was given to the press was full-blown, already written articles about Oswald. Prouty recognized the fashion, style, and "smell" of the articles as being a CIA black op. He knew -- he was involved in black ops himself.
What we have seen in the last two days are a series of press releases already prepared long in advance. One of the most damning press releases is the one asking "Why are exit polls so wrong?" This article says that people started getting suspicious that exit polls were wrong when they were so off in the Florida 2000 election! This is SO ABSURD, because the exit polls were right on the money in the Florida 2000 election. As with 2004, the exit polls were off because the voting count was tampered with.
Another blatant coverup example that was CAUGHT was CNN changing their exit poll predicitons on the web for Ohio. They switched their exit poll results at 1:00 AM on Wednesday morning from showing a 2% Kerry lead in Ohio to a 1% Bush lead in Ohio. THESE WERE NOT ELECTION RESULTS, they were exit polls. You can't switch exit polls results, unless you were to take a new exit poll, which is impossible to do after the election is over. CNN did it. They are lying to us.
Another coverup we are experiencing right here in this forum is the instant flooding of the forum by freepers trying to dampen, smash down, or just deflect any discussion of the voter fraud. A lot of these posts are pretty outrageous, but a lot are very mild -- such as "we need to just accept this and move on". Now I know that a lot of regular forum members are saying this too, but the number of NEW members saying this is off the charts.
The coverup is in effect. You can smell it everywhere.

1. I thought the excuses they were hard selling |
|
were pretty blatant.
First you heard "the youth didn't show up" everywhere.
Then it was "Moral Values".
both disingenuous.

2. I Remember The Day of the election |
|
early in the day on one of the major news source websites, there was a picture of George and Laura Bush looking presidential and victorious next to a picture of Kerry and Teresa looking defeated and sad. This was the MORNING of the election and I knew something was up.

It seems clear to me that a ton of other people believe much the same. However, despite that belief, the mood since Tuesday has been somber. You'd think there would be more anger and determination but there isn't, not enough by far.
There are three reasons for this. First, they stole 2000 as well and while everyone knows it, they got away with it anyway. All the protests in the world didn't stop them. Second, Kerry conceding so easily affected people very badly. People really looked to him to be a hero, to carry the torch and fight the good fight. To lose graciously if it came to that but never to turn tail and quit. It doesn't matter much if he is fighting behind the scenes; the very public surrender took all the steam out of his supporters.
Third, and most important right now, no one really knows what to do about it. How do we prove it? I have requested data here in PBC Florida, they simply ignore the request as far as I can tell. They won't give up anything that might prove the crime without being forced to, and who will do that? The average Joe Schmoe, like me, carries no weight. We need people with some sort of authority to demand the truth. My Congressman, Robert Wexler, is doing so but will it matter? Not without a lot of help it won't.

6. I think the anger will come. |
|
The second time you're punched in the gut takes a little longer to recover from. And I was so pissed and felt so abandoned when Kerry conceded but lately I've been wondering if that's not the best tactic. It's easier to accomplish something when you're flying under the radar. If Kerry were out in the open fighting the counts, the VRWC would be hounding his ass relentlessly and hampering any efforts he/they may be working on to drag the neo-con scum out into the light of day. (assuming of course, Kerry/Edwards IS doing something) :fingerscrossed: I hope. I refuse to give that up.

9. Ever think that Kerry did it for the good of the Country? |
|
As Nixon did back in the 60's?
That's anout the ONLY thing I ever respected that lying sack of shit for. They had the proof, had us dead to rights and he backed off, preferring to lose the Presidency than cause irreparable harm to the Country.

It was the 70s.
Nixon's ass was grass -- he was all about self-preservation, period.
Nothing about allowing B* to remain president if he didn't win honestly (and I don't claim to know) is GOOD for the country.

19. Nixon did no such thing. |
|
A group of Republicans went to him and advised him he was in deep trouble and suggested that he resign. Nixon was forced out. Why would resigning so fast, even before all the votes were counted, be good for the country? Kerry's action has left a lot of people angry and skekptical. I haven't spoken to anyone who isn't dismayed by Kerry caving in so quickly and at the continued silence of most democratic leaders.

7. We Need To Control The Machines |
|
Proof is great, but if we want to prevent this from happening again, Florida and Ohio need to replace their Secretaries of State and vote in Democrats who will run the elections. We need Democratic parties to grow in all states where we have slim majorities or within grasp and start serious party building on the local levels. Without it, we'll be stuck with tin hats and frustration.

8. Researcher John Judge said this after 2000: |
|
"So they put on an election; they have a bunch of hoopla in order to legitimize the ascendancy of who they've already selected to run the country anyway. They spend millions of dollars. They admitted in congressional hearings to spending 10 million dollars to influence the election in Chile.... So why would they only do that in Chile and make sure their outcome was right in Chile and not do it here? Why would you think that they would only do it in another country and not here? When this is the country that really counts."

13. "It's the Cover Up That's Hard." |
|
My hope is that some lower level Repuke Operatives will suddenly come to their senses and expose the fraud. But to assume that ANY repuke has integrity at this point is like hoping Santa will bring me a new barn.
When i heard Mc CAin on Leno spout off that the "kids didn't show" I was sitting with three kids i personally drove to the polls ( 18, 19 and 20 years old.) You insulted those kids, McCain. You lied to their faces. They now despise you.
Just like a classic abuser, you "blame the kids." Blame the ones who will suffer for your Repuke powergrubbing. And when they are sent off to die in the bloodbaths you champion, you Fat fucking prick, you and the media will just continue to lie and say, "Well, if you'd only shown up at the polls. teehee!!!" They did show. But once again, as they have done throughout my 45 years, Republicans spit in those kids' faces and told them they are worth no more than cannon fodder.
Why so many are working so hard to bring down this nation is beyond me. I hope those of us who care about our country can redeem it. Because of Repukes, I fear my nation is dead.

14. The picture I can't get out of my mind |
|
is from (I think it was Ohio)--where the guy was loading up the ballot boxes in his truck, with the W logo displayed in the back window. WTF? Why wasn't this on the front page of every newspaper in this country? Here in my home county, the head of the election commission is a devout Republican. As the saying goes, it's the person who counts the vote who controls the election, not the people who actually vote.

I've begun to think along the same lines. One post after another seeking to place blame. Something definitely smells fishy. DU has been almost unrecognizable.

21. Not just freepers. Long-time DU posters have become bitter, cynical |
|
I'm weary of Kerry-bashing threads, and threads which encourage us to just give up because we'll never prove fraud, or maybe we should just become like the Repubs because "resistance is futile." Our founding fathers are rolling in their graves at this attitude which is so nonproductive. Anything which doesn't energize us, make us angry enough to regroup and fight, is nonproductive. Tearing into each other, going for the jugular, is nonproductive. You know how we react when free republic goes into an internal feeding frenzy. They must be laughing their asses off at us right now!
My favorite storybook character is Riki-Tiki-Tavi. He got Sam, the sly Wicked cobra, finally. I can relate to that. I will never give up. The greater the challenge, the greater the satisfaction in finally taking down the ones who seek only their own glory and power.

27. I recall the "moral vote" thing |
|
just coming out the day after the election.
I wasn't able to watch on Tuesday, I was working the polls. So I got up Wednesday to several media outlets interviewing guys (all guys) talking about voting for the moral candidate. First, I'd never heard of this moral leader theory before. Second, I remember thinking this sounds just like the republican talking point heads that you could hear on the news everywhere on issues before the election. Almost freaky how these same guys could say the same thing from different places.
I'm on board with the conspiracy theory on this one. When and where is the march?
