I'd like to apologize to this board....
A short time ago, I posted a topic that did not live up to the standards of DU, or to my own standards. I won't repeat it, but it was offensive. I am sorry. My only excuse is that I have traveled through the denial stage, and the grief stage, and am now entering the anger stage. My life has been a mess since the election, and I am feeling emotions that I am not proud of.

Somewhere in this thread, there was a valid idea. It was expressed very poorly and in an angry, insulting manner. Later, when I am in a better frame of mind, I would like to repost it in an appropriate manner. Again, my apologies.x(

1. Well, I don't know what the post was, but I accept your apology
and respect you for at least taking responsibility for not living up to your own standards. Good for you.

2. No worries
We've all lashed out in on way or another since the election. I know your heart is in the right place. :)

3. No problem here. I can't imagine anybody being offended after
last Tuesday's shock. We all rode the same roller coaster with you. All we gotta do now is get back in there and change the senate and house in two years. Wouldn't that be sweet? :)

6. I agree, In_Transit.
It has been hard trying to get ourselves back on track.

4. I don't know what it was...
..but I think that we're all suffering from Post Election Traumatic Stress Syndrome. It's real and documented, and, I'll bet totally unprecedented. I think we should all plan to forgive each other anything and then, in a week or so, come together in a more united way than ever before.
