2. It Doesn't Indicate Which Spots Used Paperless and Paper Electronic

It just says Electronic...

And some of Electronic produce paper ballots... or is that what Optical means?

Can someone tell me if the Electronic Machines that produce paper ballots are what Optical is referring to?

I live in Will county Illinois and used punch card, yet this map says I used optical.

Anyboy esle see any discrepancies in thsi map?
