I'm so sick of these DNC, DLC messages telling us
Edited on Sun Nov-07-04 02:06 PM by Zinfandel
how after another huge defeat, we had some positives and how we Democrats are now stronger for it. I've been sick of Terry McAuliffe since day one.

Many around DU mocked me when I said McAuliffe was shit, and that he had absolutely nothing to offer the Democratic party, except perhaps some big donations from large corporations...

McAuliffe is a joke when it comes to projecting a comprehensive meaningful Democratic policy & agenda for national Democratic strategy. McAuliffe does not have a clue how to fight republican fraud, nor does he have an ounce of perception to even anticipate which direction it will be coming.

People around here said just you wait, you'll be eating your words...I sadly and knowingly just laughed..

Where are those loyal McAuliffe supporters now...walking around aimlessly like zombies among us, scratching their heads, with another in a series of Democrat losses. With one more big one for Terry to go…a 60-40 margin in the senate. I’m sure McAuliffe is more than capable of leading our party in that direction for the final coup, final nail in the coffin, it ain’t over until McAuliffe turns out the lights.

McAuliffe doesn't know how to attack the outrageous and massive electronic voting machine rip-offs by Rove & the republicans --which is, and will continue to be more obvious and apparent with each passing day.

McAuliffe has no stomach for it...He rather that we just all accept the results ...Pat us on the back, throw out a consoling shoulder and then, he’s on his way as he waves good-bye reminding us to look forward…

Forward to losing five more senate seats in 2006.

1. I agree, Terry should go
He has not had one winning election cycle yet.

4. More people need to look at Dean's model- he is ON to somthing.
I think he should head the DNC, in fact.

9. I don't think he wants to do that. He wants us to raise our
own, home-grown candidates, and since last May, Democracy for America has been surprisingly successful at doing so.

10. Well- either way- I would love to see the DNC do this kind of thing...
But so long as he is doing it.

I'm going to get involved w/ DFA-I've been calling for the DEMS to do this for years- I think it's a wonderful idea.

3. Since 1992, what has the DLC done
Other than rob us of Dean?

5. They keep clinging to the fact that they launched Bill Clinton,

and they appear unable to realize that a lot has changed since then. They're far too entrenched with D.C. politics/media and out of touch with average American people, it seems to me.

7. Bill Clinton won on his own, not because of the putrid DLC
If the Democrats continue to listen to those LOSERS in the DLC, they will go the way of the Whigs.

11. I sent them an e-mail telling them as long as we continue to
see more of the same, I will not contribute another dime or minute of my time to the Democratic party.
