Fraud real or imagined aside just for this thread, I'm thinking that because such a higher percentage of Republicans, or those who tend to vote Republican, have served in the military, in terms of the most basic precinct and ward level Get-Out-The-Vote organizing, those on the other side simply are more experienced in the disciplined shoe-leather, shit work necessary to organize and maximize turnout.

I'm just saying it could have contributed.
