If they have nothing to hide then why wouldn't they want to come forward to prove to almost half of the voters that bush won fair and square?

Why wouldn't they want to prove that bush actually has his "mandate"?

Why wouldn't they want to make the attempt to heal the divide in this country?

I believe in democracy and if 51% of the voters actually chose him then democracy has spoken. As much as I hate to think of four more years of bush, if he truly one the majority of the vote, I will accept it. It will be hard, I will hate it, but I will accept it. I will then continue to try to make a difference in my little corner of the world and pray that we get through another four years.

1. My sentiments as well.
Nothing to hide, then there is nothing to fear. Mistrust of the system is a threat to democracy.

2. Be careful what you ask for, the margin in Penn was even closer than OH
and there are still military absentee ballots uncounted.

3. I believe in democracy and therefore believe EVERY vote should be counted
no matter who the vote is for.
