i am feeling motivated, and due to my adult ADD, this may pass at any time so:
i need help to draft a proposition to amend the arksansas constitution outlawing divorce except in the case of fornication (adultery). below is the text of the marriage amendment that passed here in this election with respect to same sex marriage. any help with the legalese would be appreciated in such a "divorce amendment". i need to gather 80k signatures, and i am sure i can get them. christ spoke directly on this subject, so...lets take action instead of talking. or not.
