Imagine what President Kerry would have had to work with
Edited on Mon Nov-08-04 03:39 PM by zulchzulu
Senate
Repugs 55
Dems 44
Independent 1

Congress
Repugs 233
Dems 200
Independent 1

Granted, Kerry could have vetoed a lot of stuff, but any legislation to get anything passed in his and the Democratic agenda would have never been able to pass.

With the spiraling deficit, the Iraqmire War and the willingness of the Repugs and willing media to blame Kerry for what the Repugs do would hurt chances in 2006 and 2008 to blame the Repugs for the mess that Bush and the Fellas have created.

The Repugs can't blame Clinton anymore and they would be blaming Kerry . I see Kerry as a strong voice in the Senate in the next years to work on election reform and start spinning up the Impeachment proceedings if Bush does even more serious attacks on our democracy. There is plenty to already impeach Bush with, but newer issues would be staring the Repugs in the face.

Let's gear up for 2006 elections now. Immediately.

1. Let's uncover the BBV fraud.

It might not change the outcome of this election, but we're not going to be winning ANY election from here on out until we get this corrected.

2. Absolutely
BBV investigations are needed and should be used as a wedge issue the same way that the Repugs use gay marriage.

We need wedge issues to get lots of people out to vote.

4. Maybe this is a stupid question but I'm wondering
is BBV fraud looking at only the presidential race? If fraud is found for the presidential race, wouldn't it also skew the numbers for the congressional races?
