The Rise of the Religious Right in the Republican Party

The site design is not the best, but it is worth the effort to work your way through this site.

The documentation is excellent and frightening. It is so important for us to know these facts, and for the word to spread. The GOP has been hijacked by the "religious right", who have been biding their time and laying low.

Now they're coming out. And imposing their agenda. Which by the way has a lot in common with the agenda of the corporations. It's all in their theology.

I swear, I could stay online 24/7 and never get caught up on all I need to read, write, learn, post, etc. sigh. But I'll keep working away! :) With a little sleep here and there.

there's tons of info all very well documented.

I've found it useful especially for moderate republicans (I'm in NY State), who for some reason seem unaware that the national party has been hijacked by the fundies. This really wakes them up.

I then tell them it's their responsibility to take back their party.
