Provisional ballot problems.. Someone help me understand

Hey everyone..

There is a lot of talk about the provisional being tossed out, thrown away, etc. I have read some blogs that 33% of the provisional ballots are invalid in Ohio at the moment (the ones that have been counted). What will recounts, lawyers and even US going to do about it? If they are already in the landfill right now how do we expect to make up the votes in ohio if something isnt done right at this exact moment to stop the throwing away of these ballots?

With no plans for a hand recount in Ohio(just a normal machine recount)and the machines are "Fixed" wouldnt they just recount the fixed votes? Im a bit confused on what we are exactly trying to do. How would a recount help us again?
