How long before I can care again?

I don't know how many others are suffering the same symptoms I am. I cannot make myself care or believe. I have not been able to watch any news, I get all my news from DU. I do not, I repeat, DO NOT, believe Bush won this election. The theft was so broad and so complete. The silence from the Dem leaders, on somedays it angers me, the other days, a small light of hope will come in that maybe they are keeping quiet while the vote fraud is investigated. At this point, I do not know what to think. No voices being heard from the left. Nothing from Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark, Kucinich, Clinton. Have we slunk away with our tails between our legs, or are we cleverly trying to reverse the election?
My heart is sore and afraid to believe again. If we cannot defeat the Repugs in a race like this one, when can we win?
Sorry, I know I am rambling, but I have all these feelings inside. I just don't know anything anymore.

There is no doubt in my mind that our unfair and now corrupt election system, as well as the Fundagelical Dominionists, are screwing up our nation and the world.

3. I only watch Keith Olbermann and the Weather Channel.

Some sports. But no more news. I used to watch C-SPAN, CNN, FOX, MSNBC - hungered for "news".

Watched a couple of good movies yesterday on cable: "Something's Gotta Give" and "Veronica Geurin" - about a real journalist. She was murdered, doncha know...

6. I know how you feel

Since the election, I have not called my family (repubs). I have no desire to spend time with them. I turned my cable off. I have no confidence in the process and have no desire/ will to fight anymore as I fear we have been taken over for good. I hope I can get out of this funk, but I fear for the future of my newborn son. I too, am contemplating a move to Cal. or another country. Thank god for my wife, son, and DU. I need nothing else.
