Forgive my language
Edited on Sun Nov-14-04 07:15 PM by hyphenate
But there is NO FUCKING WAY I would want Arnold Schwarzenegger running my country. Bush has got to be the bottom of the barrel, so why the fuck can't we get someone BORN in the USA to be the next presidential candidate? Come on! Change the Constitution for Arnold? I'd rather live on the street (which I might be anyhow after another 4 years of Bush!) than vote for Arnold.

I know that all 50 states would have to allow it, so I'm not holding my breath, but mother of mercy! We never thought we would see the likes of Bush running our country, either!!

1. I'll forgive that "no fucking way"....
but the "bottle of the barrel" is something else. :)

By the way -- as far as Arnold? It ain't gonna happen.

2. My mother (and I) agree...
Edited on Sun Nov-14-04 06:49 PM by deadparrot
We were talking about this on sElection Night, and she said right off the bat, "There's no doubt about it. I would have to leave the country if he was elected."

I tend to agree, although it would take a lot less than a Gropenator presidency to make me bolt. I wold go right now, if I could.

3. I Agree I am scared with BUSH now...
I'm just wondering if this law change doesn't have an anterior motive.. like maybe changing the term limits. I fear Mr. S would run the country like some Conan or Terminator movie

4. these repukes are using
the constitution to wipe their asses. If they feel it will give them one penny more or a tighter grip on the short wick of the public imagination, they will garrote their own mothers and then vilify her for hating their freedom.

As a Kaleefourneean, who loves California, don't dream you are safe.

6. I am not going to worry about Arnold.
With so many Bushes around, I don't think they will ever let him run. I maybe wrong... But I think they will dig out some Bush from somewhere before they let Arnold run.
