Bin Laden is a great brand figure. Elusive, very tall, Jesus-looking, rich as hell, mysterious, somewhat mellow in his delivery on videos describing Armageddon, a trained CIA agent...James Bond would never get written like this.

That really hits the nail on the head. There is no difference between the U.S. military, the Taliban, Al Qaeda, and other organizations. They are ALL brand name companies. They take in funds and produce results. They are corporations. Pure and simple. This is no joke, but it is ironic.
