A coalition of social, political, and religious activists have come
together to organize a collection of protests and events for the 2005
counter-inauguration.
Bush may be here 4 more years, but we are not going away! 4 years ago,
over 80,000 activists converged on DC; this time we expect that number
to be much higher.

Get information and stay involved by joining the counter-inauguration
listserve.
This is your best source for receiving and sharing information and
needs for yourself or your group or community.

We also have an unmoderated discussion listserve for those who want to
be part of the general planning discussion. To join, send a blank

We have a website at http://www.counter-inaugural.org , which will,
within a week, have events, rides, and housing boards.

We encourage groups to take action from between Sunday, January 16 and
Counter-Inauguration Day on Thursday, January 20.
