Machine recount -- not hand recount?

Machine recount won't get you?

Bev -- not much -- still dependent on the programing for the machine.

Some machine may have more sensitive read heads.

This is crazy -- they can't look at the ballots by law unless the vote is closer than 150.

So it all depends on the PROGRAMMERS???????????
