Any Democrat that accepts a cabinet post from Bush is a self-serving ass!
To give this administration a veneer of bipartisanship is disgusting. Nothing can be accomplished from a Democrat within this administration other than good PR for Bush.

I don't know what Leon Minetta's ambitions are, but the words "former Bush Transportation Secretary" should be permanent attached to his name wherever it appears.

for sure any senator that isnt sure his seat is covered by another democrat is a no. or house member for that matter. or governer.

others i take on a case by case basis.

What is the upside here? If you think a Democrat could have a moderating effect on the Bush administration, take a hard look at Colin Powell. A moderate Republican couldn't even tame this beast.

He has even fewer principles than Colin Powell. Mineta already has an airport named after him in San Jose. What more does he want as a parting gift?
