11. Devo formed because of Kent State

Mothersbaugh and Casale met shortly after May 1970.
Casale was a few yards from one of the women who got shot.

Also Hart Crane and Kenneth Patchen,two of the great poets of the 20th Century were from Warren County Ohio. Crane was born in Garrettsville, Patchen was born in Warren.
