I Found Some Inner Peace
Watching Clinton on the television the last day or so at the Presidential Library thing.

Listening to him, I actually felt a calm come over me that I haven't felt in a long time.

It was soothing to listen to him.

I really do miss his leadership.

1. That was a great interview
Clinton really showed his true self, and his gratitude for life. He is a wise man.

2. Yeah especially the part
where he said that he wondered if he was the only person who liked BOTH Kerry and Bush..That was really thrilling.......:puke:

3. That's the same feeling I got from anaesthesia prior to oral surgery
Not the full-on receptor blockers, but the synthetic morphine that the surgeons put in the IV to buffer it. Made me all drowsy and mellow, calm and just a little bit wacky. Then, about a minute later, the heavy ice started going into the vein, and the heavy cutting started.

I woke on a gurney about an hour later with the world spinning around and my jaw swollen up like a bloody pineapple.

Shun the Clinton euphoria! This is some surgery coming that we don't want.

4. Well,
do any of the ex-presidents EVER say anything bad about each other?

besides, bill's entering the "grand statesman" phase of his life now and that means no direct criticism...oh well, time to move on and let him ride off into the sunset, i guess.

5. Thank God somebody on this board has some sense.
I posted a thread the other day where they ripped him to shreds. Apparently we don't like winners here. Dean, now there's a winner.
