A movement is growing once again, to secure voting rights for all Americans. Today on "The Laura Flanders Show," a report from the frontline state, Ohio, with Green Party presidential candidate DAVID COBB. Then, the pending suit to challenge the election results: SUSAN TRUITT, an activist-attorney with Citizens Alliance for Secure Elections and BOB FITRAKIS discuss Friday's announcement that a coalition of public interest groups will challenge the Ohio presidential results at the Ohio Supreme Court. (They may also file a federal suit to speed up counting of Ohio's vote.) Then, THOMAS HARGROVE, the Scripps-Howard News Service investigative reporter who led the paper's ambitious "Miscount" series on America's broken voting system, joins GEORGE GILBERT, Board of Elections director in Guilford County, N.C. and MIKE ERLANDSON, chairman of Minnesota's Democratic Party to discuss local intitiatives to secure real voting solutions.
