Ask Yourself This Question |
|
If the situation was reversed and Kerry had won the election in the manner Bush supposedly did, would the Republicans now be wiping their collective noses and subjecting themselves to endless rounds of self-criticism and hand wringing?
Or would they be howling with rage and dominating the news with accusations of fraud and vote-fixing?
We are a party in desperate need of more warriors and less voices of reason.

3. We need to gather and respond the way the right wing did to Clinton |
|
Can you even begin to imagine the Repubs blaming themselves for their loss? No way! It was Clinton's fault from the beginning, he was illegitimate, and they never ever stopped trying to bring him down. It was one giant voice in millions of little bodies. It didn't work, because Clinton is a great man.
But we can do it to bush, and we can do it to the GOP, because they are so filled with slime there's no way they can stand upright for too long if we just find all the tender spots and push, push, push.
We have to do this together. The rancor against Kerry actually frightens me, because I think, "Is this all it takes for Democrats to turn against their candidate?"
