News Gathering Is Illegal
Under New Patriot Act ll
By Alex Jones
InfoWars.com
11-20-4

SECTION 102 of the new Patriot Act ll states clearly that any information gathering, regardless of whether or not those activities are illegal, can be considered to be clandestine intelligence activities for a foreign power. This makes news gathering illegal.

6. From the horrific to the ridiculous
How about going to jail for fast-forwarding through commercials?

7. That would probably be OK if

8. in East Germany, it was illegal to gather info about the environment.
about pollution over time, about illnesses possibly caused by environmental problems

you could also be arrested and jailed if you asked for info about the environment

/this was told to a group of German teachers at a Goethe Institute seminar in 91 while we were on a excursion through part of East Germany

9. um . . . wouldn't this act be unconstitutional on its face? . . .
I mean, section after section directly contradict the protections of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights . . . wouldn't this act mean the absolute death of the United States as we know it? . . . does anybody care? . . . why are the Democrats not screaming bloody murder about this, every day and in every way (just as they should have been screaming about BBV for the past three years)? . . . do they actually support it? . . . and if they do, why should I support the Democratic Party for anything ever again? . . .
