Republicans File Suit To Limit King County Recount - Seattle Post Intel
<snip>

SEATTLE -- The Washington Republican Party filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court Saturday afternoon to try to stop King County from including certain ballots in its recount for the governor's race.

The party is asking for a temporary restraining order against hand-counting of ballots that are rejected by voting machines and hopes to have a hearing on Sunday.

The ballots the Republicans want excluded include those rejected by a machine and checked over by hand. The party calls this process "human enhancement."

State GOP Chairman Chris Vance said Saturday evening that this hand-counting of ballots violates the equal protection clause of the U.S. Constitution in a way similar to vote counting problems in Florida after the 2000 presidential election.

:mad: ROFLMAO!!! :mad:

First... didn't these putzes get the memo that the Gore v. bush 2000 case was a one time deal, and not to be used to set precedent???

And second... HUMAN ENHANCEMENT???????

On the one hand, it seems as though the rePukes are acknowledging the fact that THEY are not human. And on the other hand, these fascists assholes wrote the book on humans 'enhancing' votes for their own purposes!

:shrug::wtf::shrug:

1. What are the Republikkklans trying to hide?
Could it be that they messed with the vote?

I wonder if someone took the hacking seminar at the GOPig convention -- there must have been one somewhere -- and the most likely place and time would have been the GOPig convention.

When one group tries to block a valid recount -- Makes me wonder if they know something. Seems like an admission of guilt -- don't ya think?

No one is being accused -- I'm just commenting on on the appearance of blocking the vote.
