3. Interesting lawsuit but not about the Presidency |

I hesitate to bring this up, but this lawsuit is contesting a down ballot election of someone to the Board of Elections in Florida and has NOTHING to do with the Presidential Election.
It would be great to look into these irregularities and see what the hell caused these things but I don't get it? How is this suppose to effect the Kerry/bush election?
