Nov 26. No shopping. Just to let them know we can be a show of force.

1. There is no way...
I am going shopping tommorow. It is a good way to protest. Most 'murikans won't do it. Jesus wants us to max out the credit cards ya know:eyes:

4. Good!
STARVE the BEAST!

Don't pay for the carnage, corpocracy, and military-industrial machine. Why be guilty by association and via financial support of it?

STARVE the BEAST! Declare a BLUE Solstice.

7. I have also heard that Target is forbidding Salvation Army to ring bells
in front of there store. I think that we must pick our fights because we can't do them all but some are boycotting them also. I was thinking about standing in front ringing a bell for some other charity. It is getting so ridiculous I don't recognize this world.

well, if you want to get kicked out, immediately state your views etc., we usually say that its a 'consumption awareness ritual' or we are looking to see if we want to buy anything. dont mention anything about 'protest' (at least in the US..). protesting is only allowed outside the store.

15. RE: Boycott Shopping on Black Thursday
Yes, I've heard about that online and we're not shopping tomorrow, either - it's a national attempt to show our $$ power. Hope it works, but will it matter!?!
