Even if outcome doesn't change, this is a serious issue whether you are GOP, Dem or Martian.

My son pointed this one out today. You take an SAT, the scores are right, they don't lose tests. How many kids take SAT's, ACT's and other bubble scored tests every year? How come there is never ever a problem tabulating them?
It's more than a paper trail, the whole "glitch" business is bullshit.
