...Bush** emphatically agreed with Kerry that nuclear proliferation was the greatest threat facing this country. Can anyone say what the chimp or Congress has done since the debate to address the concern of locking down nuclear material -- particularly in Russia -- that's in any way different or in addition to what they've done thus far?
This isn't a trick question, I'm truly interested and concerned. Any extra budgeting in the recent package the senate passed? Anything done at all?
