Anyone Else Tired of C-Span's Conservative Bias? |
|
I enjoy C-Span as much as the next person, but I have long since grown tired of how they "balance" their programing. On tomorrow mornings show they have scheduled a conservative Canadian columnist (Margaret Wente) on to discus Bush's trip to Canada, she is not likely to represent the views of the vast majority of Canadians & there are no other Canadians with an opposing view scheduled. C-Span frequently has conservative columnist on to give their views much more so than Liberal columnist.

1. Drop them an email. I bet they respond. I have not noticed this... |

but I'm open minded. Corporate America controls the media and we get manufactured news. Corporate America now controls the voting machines and we get manufactured elections.http://www.blackboxvoting.org/

3. Yes I have noticed it a lot more lately. |
|
I used to get up every Saturday and Sunday and turn CSPAN on to watch while drinking coffee. Its gotten so bad I can hardly stand it anymore. I can't believe how right they have tilted especially with guests. Its been pretty bad lately.

6. Hard to understand what happened to C-Span |
|
I noticed the blatant bias leading up to the election. They had started to use their morning show to read inflammatory rhetoric against Kerry by the Washington (Moonie) Times.
What's puzzling is the last I heard they were on the air because Congress paid their costs. When did C-Span decide that they only need to represent the majority party? What's worse, they now seem to be going out of their way to represent the neocons.
I have abandoned them, too. My "conventional news show" now is the Daily Show. Also, I never miss Democracy Now on Dish Network.

8. Please call this morning |
|
If anyone has time, please call in and ask the host, why does C-Span have a Conservative columnist on to discus Bush's trip to Canada, they could at least have neutral journalist who would give more balance.
