Clark only 0.2% I thought he would do better |
|
This must be very discouraging for Clark supporters... http://209.234.69.20/leaderboard.shtml

Wouldn't it look bad if people voted for someone who wasn't there?

7. He probably had a greater percentage than that |
|
but just didn't reach viability. I wouldn't have expected him to meet 15% in a state where he didn't campaign. I bet Iowans probably won't pay much attention to someone who doesn't campaign in their state, especially when there are four other major candidates begging for attention.

He didn't participate in Iowa.
I am thrilled, THRILLED I TELL YA, that Kerry and Edwards finished in the top two positions! I will gladly cast my vote for Clark, Kerry, or Edwards in November!

The way Caucuses work if you get less than 15% you usually end up having to vote for someone else. It's complicated. I am sure Clark had decent support but they would have a hard time voting for him under the rules.
