Bush says fuck you and he won't answer shit...
If he doesn't feel like it.

Bush never has to answer a question or be accountable for anything--The people who have ensured this are the same people in now power that slid Reagan right passed us for eight years without no problems what so ever!

And now they are 100 times stronger than in Reagan's time...

They answer to no one!

A one party system, the Corporate Republican Fascist Party (CRFP) is now solidly in place in this country, and there is not anyone, not any country, nor anything that can stop them.

They will continue to add BBV machines in more and more states, in more and more precincts...in the name of "fair voting legislation" They will get those last five Senators in 2006 and have their 60-40 anti-filibuster majority. And achieve an absolute and crushing victory for the CRFP for many decades to come.

Who will be able to stop them?

If they control the voting, as they do, if they own & control the media, as they do, if they control every facet of government, as they do.

With a 60-40 republican Senate majority, a republican Vice-president, A republican President, a solid republican majority in the Congress, and at the moment a 5-4 republican US Supreme Court (which is sure to increase more republican in the next couple of years.)

How can they be stopped?

They will continue to put in their right-wing extremist and conservative judges in courts all around the country, which will determine our laws, decisions and outcomes for decades to come.

They will win every election because the republicans themselves own the BBV machines. (We can't stop them in court from doing it, they are the courts & judges).

Bush can do anything he likes and the republican congress and the republican Attorney General will never consider any real investigations.. He can never be impeached, a republican controlled Congress would never even consider it.

The republican owned corporate media will ensure that the republican propaganda & message is the only one heard, loud and clear.

We have no voice, it's been legislated away by the republicans and the FCC. The media is rewarded not just with more tax breaks but also with deregulatory goodies."

The national media is owned by republican conglomerates. There are only five television news source to choose from (which is where over 80% of the people get their news). Are these fair and balanced corporations? 1) Rupert Murdoch-Fox? 2) Viacom-CBS Viacom republican donors, who they loudly supported Bush before the election? 3) General Electric-NBC, CNBC, MSNBC General Electric one of the largest weapons makers in the world, which needs wars for profits, not only for it's weapons, but war is also good for television news ratings? 4) Time-Warner-CNN, CNN Headline & CNN International, CEO Richard Parsons is a republican & Time-Warner are huge contributors to the republican party? 5) Disney Corporation-ABC (refused to release Michael Moore's liberal film "Fahrenheit 9/11" as well as Disney Corp. being another huge republican donor?

The radio air waves via "talk radio" are filled and dominated with these same republican fascist propaganda-- coast to coast, border to border, 24/7.

The print media? Most of the newspapers and magazines are owned by the same people as above, Murdoch, Time-Warner, etc.. The New York Times or The Washington Post are hardly liberal newspapers, no matter what the republicans insist on. If one writes anything negative about a republican, they are pointed out and screamed at as a liberal (that's a badge of honor for a few, but most are intimidated by the republicans and their monetary & FCC threats).

Even the internet...most don't search out their news, but the largest Internet provider, AOL offers it's "news" to scribers. AOL is absolutely a tool, in right-wings control. And there are just as many right-wing sites and blogs as there are liberal one on the net, if not more.

The Corporate Republican Fascist Party controls ALL branches of our military, the CIA, the FBI and every internal law enforcement institution in this country. "Get outta line...the man comes......" to face a court with the judges they have installed.

What it come down to is, we have allowed corporations to have the same rights, advantages and protection as people, us, individuals.

And with those same rights, the corporations with their power and money speaks for itself, actually it fucking yells, to the politicians; play ball and get rich or get rolled over and smashedif you don't.

We are fast becoming just "the workers" with no real rights, no free speech, no job security, no medical benefits, no concern for safety for the worker on the job and no unions (the corporations goal, stopping unions & strength in numbers). Salaries and wages are dropping rapidly, because high unemployment keeps wages low, as more and more people fight for less and less jobs.

The other option and reason to keeping unemployment high is of course, the military, there one has a low paying job, with even less rights, you can't quit! And you'll be fighting wars for the corporations--- wars about exploitation of workers, as cheap labor-slave wages. And while in the military your job is to help the corporations steal and control other countries natural resources, oil, mining, agriculture, etc., whatever that country has to offer for profit. And that's 100% pure profit for the corporations who will not have to shed any of their money or blood.

All the while the corporations get tax cuts, tax breaks, (most pay no taxes,) government subsidies, for things like exploration, (with our tax money) tax incentives, corporations are encourage to outsource good paying jobs overseas for even more profits, corporations are allowed to pollute anywhere, because it's cost effective, rivers, air, lakes, etc. without any penalty or cost to the corporations...tax payers now finance that clean-up cost. Reducing workers wages & benefits is good sound business for corporations, it means more profits. AND with more of their judges in power it means less lawsuits and judgements against them, more profits.

We are under the right-wing corporate fascist control so completely and in 2006 with a 60-40 Senate we will be absolutely and completely powerless...Then, only an all out violent revolution will change the system... The system is not going to change because we want it to, we can't vote them out if they count the votes, we can't legislate them out if they are the legislature, we can't bring it to court if they are appointing their judges, we will be jailed for breaking the laws that they are passing.

We will be those little robots that march off to the corporate factories and offices, complete conformist, no dissent no questioning authority. We will send our boys and girls off to fight & die for the corporations like good little Christian soldiers.

For our leader-- the CEO of all CEO’s… The little grinning chimp and his corporate handlers & the power-hungry sick greedy owners.

The ONLY thing we can do to try and stop it is to, GET BACK OUR VOTE!
Get rid of every electronic voting machine in this country. And put an end to the corporations having the same rights as individual citizens. (That's a start and a very tall order).

5. No offense googly, but what good would it be to have another Bill Clinton
in 2008 if voting fraud continues to benefit Republicans? We have to prove and stop the voting fraud NOW or we are all in deep sh-t.

14. Unless fraud is discovered and proved in court, let us not get
blindsided by assuming the only reason Kerry lost was fraud.
I would much prefer keeping all options open, keep an open
mind, and hopefully have a party platform in 2008 which will
attract many more votes.

23. Hope in one hand, crap in the other, and see which one fills up first.
We have zero control over the election process. And until there is a paper trail for every vote cast, the fascists will do whatever they want to do. And the American public? Well, the attitude of the Republican party is that they can go Cheney themselves.

21. I'm guessing he means a charismatic leader comfortable with questions.
Clinton OWNED press conferences. he was good at them, and conveyed warm fuzzies at ease.

I think he was even better than Reagan at that, but not many people give him the credit he deserves for downright manly charisma.

But that would require us organizing and getting off our collective arse.

20. Example: Clinton signed on to the GOP sponsered Welfare Reform Bill
which took repug advantage away completely on that issue.
Result? Many moderate repug voters went for Billy.

27. Sorry, but mass protests won't work anymore.
Edited on Thu Dec-02-04 01:27 PM by Cyrano
Last year, there was a (big eight?) economic summit in Miami. I live in FL and I saw what happened. The demonstrators couldn't get within a quarter of a mile of the hotel where the meeting was being held.

But the really horrendous part was that the police, dressed up like storm troopers Hitler could only have envied, attacked peaceful demonstrators: old, young, invalid, reporters, innocent bystanders, and anyone in the path of their Tienamen Square attack.

Randi Rhodes was covering this live on the radio. And I was watching it live on local TV. The most disgusting part was the reporters from the local media who were telling us about the "mob" the police had to restrain. It was straight out of "1984." What we were seeing and what we were hearing had nothing to do with each other. It was the a police force running amok.

And it came out later that Homeland Security paid for all of their equipment. A trial run for the future of America?

on edit: sorry googly, I'm not intentionally attacking your postings. I didn't even notice that you posted the two entries I responded to until after the fact. There's nothing personal here. I just stated my opinions, but I respect yours.

that Bush ruining the economy and shipping jobs overseas was just because of incompetence, now I realize that it's to create an environment for young people to either not find a job and starve to death or join the military.

22. Absolutely agree. I've got 3 kids, will drop everything and protest in the
streets once we have proof and an organized march, rally etc. Until then I'm donating money whenever and wherever I can afford to. I check this site everyday to see if there is something happening. Check my emails for marching orders from the various progressive organizations I belong to. Until then, buy blue, boycott cable news, and stay patient for awhile longer. I do believe something is happening, something good, something other than life during Bushtime that is.

6. His reply to Bob Woodward in Aug 2002 says it all
"I'm the commander -- see, I don't need to explain -- I do not need to explain why I say things. That's the interesting thing about being the president. Maybe somebody needs to explain to me why they say something, but I don't feel like I owe anybody an explanation."

Kinda puts to rest that quaint notion of "public service", doesn't it?

17. You don't understand.
Your average red-stater respond to that. It projects the illusion of decisiveness. It may be bad public service, but middle America cottons to it a lot more than a candidate making a hundred cell phone calls after every speech.

8. They have us boxed in
What a masterful conspiracy they've concocted.

With the help of the press and big money, the final nails in American freedom's coffin are being driven down tight. Bang. Bang.

There is but one crack left in the lid over us. The Vote. We've one last opportunity to get out from being buried alive and it is to crack that lid.

Let's hope and pray we are able to ruin the trip to the cemetery by popping up out of the coffin, alive and jiving.

I went to 2 election protests already. The first one - no one else showed up (veteran's Day). The second had about 10 people...Maybe by the 100th we can get somewhere...If the Vichy Democrats don't silence us all first.

12. Sounds Like A Description Of Jack London's 'Iron Heel'
Although I do think the 'Corporate Republican Fascist Party (CRFP)' is more descriptive.

Two works of fiction that aptly describe what is going on today are '1984' and 'The Iron Heel'.

'1984' provides the basis of the propaganda techniques used to control the masses.

'The Iron Heel' describes the socio-economic system we will soon be living under. That is, a few wealthy corporate oligarchs (The Iron Heel) who own everything, while the vast majority live as serfs to the corporate machine. The Iron Heel maintains power by controlling the one viable political party remaining (The Republicans) and the media.

With acceptable voting standards which are uniformed across the nation but they must not be done on machines, it is just to easy to used them incorrectly for counting the votes.

Instead of calling it the Corporate Republican Fascist Party (CRFT), how about the Corporate Republican Anti-democracy Party so the acronym can be CRAP. More memorable.
