I'm having a "no shit, Sherlock" moment here
Ken Starr says he shouldn't have been involved in the Lewinsky/Clinton case.

Did he suddenly get a visit from the Ghost of Christmas yet to come?

Or is he completely full of shit?

Completely full of shit.

Good to know that there are still some constants in this wacky existance, huh? ;-)

4. Rent or buy The Hunting of the President
on DVD. I just finished watching it and I'm still boiling over what Starr and the other whackos did to the Clintons. Now Starr says he shouldn't have been involved. Reading your Sacramento Bee link has me kicking things around the room. Starr is full of shit and probably trying to pacify his students who must be telling him what an absolute asshole he is.

9. I highly recommend watching it
especially after reading that ridiculous statement by Starr. Just watch the sadisitic, shit-eating grin that Starr flashes every time he's in front of the media. The guy's a sadistic psychopathic lying son of a bitch.

7. Maybe he just got a terminal diagnosis
And he's beginning the expiation of his sins so he can get into heaven? I hope St. Peter's in a foul mood that day . . .

11. Completely full of shit.
It seems his point was that it was bad PR for the same guy who was spending tens of millions to investigate Whitewater to spend tens of millions to investigate a BJ.

So he thinks another asswipe should have been appointed. If that second asswipe did exactly the same things as he did, well, that would be a good thing.

What a pompous dick. He heralded in the era of Chrisitian self congratualatory persecution.

19. The Law Firm he worked for at the time was a client of mine---
They went BALLISTIC when it devolved into the Lewinski thing. BALLISTIC. He was being paid a couple mil a year in partnership $$$ and did NOTHING but embarrass the firm when it got that low--and some of the top dudes in the firm were/are BIGTIME REEPS. Whydja think he announced his departure for Pepperdine before he was finished? (Remember? Then he recinded the acceptance and stayed on...) He trashed a great career. Good on him. What a jerk.
