Geeze..our DU Southern Contingent is Falling on Deaf Ears? What?

E-Mailing, faxing everywhere!So far, we fall on "deaf ears." Anyone else having problems finding the "source" who will get some "County" recounts? No matter what I send them and how well "sourced" it is...I get a "Sound of Silence." (using a quote from a very old Simon and Garfunkle...about the "Sounds of Silence are Written on the Subway walls and in the halls" it's the "SOUND OF SILENCE."

We Southern DU'ers are working and going against even our own DEMOCRATIC ELECTEDS...but it's the Sound of Silence.

What's wrong here? Even my two House Reps that I gave mucho money to have invited me to their "Christmas Parties" but it's "silence" on this Election and RECOUNT and FRAUD...????

I've sent loads of info to them from "Hedda, Bev" and those great DU investigators like "Ignatz Mouse" and yet...there's the "Sound of Silence." I was ACTIVE in this Campaign...what more do I have to do?

3. Big Wigs in Wake...and lawyers and GOTV folks...went to "after election"

get togethers..and it was all the same..just "Move On."

Some of us "really radical" folks are e-mailing and trying to form groups..but unless we recount counties in NC...where do we go from here?

How many more times to we "take a pass" on two "Chimp Selections" before we realize WHAT'S WRONG????

I know I heard nothing form my Representative when I asked him to join in the call for an investigation. usually I get a canned reply, but this time nothing.
It makes me think we have been had by our own party.

5. Yes...my response from my two House Reps who are very "liberal" for NC

when I sent them a fax asking if they were supporting the "Conyers/Wexler, et all" request to GAO to investigate/audit this election was ...silence..except for the invite to the Christmas Parties.

And my two House Reps voted AGAINST the Iraq WAR RESOLUTION! This is in North Carolina, folks...AGAINST IRWR! But, they can't answer me about this FRAUDULENT VOTE FOR THE CHIMP???? And, they relied on ALL of us ACTIVISTS who got the vote out FOR THEM!

A Christmas Party...????? Give me a break, here!

6. BTW....My Hubby and I are "very small business owners in NC" but we've

tried so hard to get involved with the political processs the last four years. I'm a DU'er....hubby isn't...but we've done everything we can to promote getting rid of the Chimp and furthering Democratic Party Ideals..but it's very discouraging at this point...what the hell do they want??? We fight and work our butts off...and another election is stolen and even our own "activist" groups don't want to here the "F" word????

I'm still working on this ..hammering away and there is a great NC group working on Voter Issues who has all of Bev and others Info posted and they are out there...and there are "fragmented sub-groups."

At this point...I feel like a "fragmented sub-group" who is asked to Christmas Parties where I will be asked to "cough up" more money...

AYYYYYYYYYYYY......It's sort of the way one "TURNS OFF" folks who try to become involved!

And, these are the "Good Guys!" What about areas where there are NO GOOD GUYS/GALS" at all that you are voting for nothing or Repugs..???

It's very disillusioning....
